Hi all
there will be a series race round the marks to decide the spring seires ( althoug we have only had one race so far due to the weather early on in the season)

start will be around 1230

weather forcast is good about 12kts of wind

any one fancies been ood or crewing the rescue boat please let me know

Nice one Mick ,We had a smashing time racing round the cans ,There were 7 dinghies out the weather was perfect. We should have raced round Toggenberg before she leaves on her voyage to Foreign lands, it would have made a good leeward mark and maybe got some more pics. Thanks to Jack for the Spring series. Results from the racing

light winds and a strong tide made for a dificult start on the first race only 3 out of the 7 boats finished

second race the wind picked up but only 4 boats started but young michell in a borowed comet retired ( would have problely won as he was not far behind and has a high handy cap )

this was the last of the race's in the spring seires with a clear winner john broadhead
