Hot Banana

If you are missing your barbecued hot Banana try this, but banana in microwave skin on for approx 1min its done when the skin starts to split. Take care lifting out as it will be hot. I have just enjoyed a hot banana sandwich on wholemeal bread and butter for Sunday lunch and it reminded me of the barbecue four of us enjoyed on the Quay side at Castle Town IOM last summer finished off with barbecued hot banana. Just like the song Big John sings it was a great night. :P

Hi John , That hot banana at Castle town was great , I'm gonna try the micro version I think it's within my cooking skills , It would be good to see you on Zoom , a great internet social meeting for club members that Dave Booth has got up and running, well done Dave 😀
