I've found a great website that is ideal for saving all your old GPS tracks and digital photos too. It is very easy to use, you simply upload your GPS track and then any relevent photos. The website then checks the data from the photos and extracts the time the photo was taken and matches it to your GPS track. If the time stamp on the photo is incorrect you can manually adjust the placing of the photo. Have a look:

The maps are fully interactive you can scroll them and zoom in/out.
They are also very accurate, for example you can just make out the mooring buoy on my visit to Piel island right at the end of my GPS track
