Membership renewal by e-mail

[dave riley]

Hi everyone,
I would like to send out more invitations for members to renew their membership for 2008 by e-mail. This should be both less time consuming and less costly. However I want to ensure that I have peoples up to date addresses and only use e-mail with members who are happy with the idea.
Could I therefore please ask anyone who would like to receive their 2008 renewal form by e-mail to please e-mail me to that effect at dave@darwen99.freeserve.co.uk which will also give me an address check.
Thanks Dave
