PY Ratings are published by the RYA - look at their website http://www.rya.org.uk/KnowledgeBase/technical/pys.htm
If your boat is not on the RYA list look if you can find it on:
http://www.byronsoftware.org.uk/bycn/byboat.htm
If not submit a request.
Both lists can be adjusted for your boat configeration if it is different to the example listed, these variations are on the RYA website somewhere.
