The first race to Piel Isle 2010 ,We had a good sunny day with N W 3-4 winds . Rice Pudding OD boat starting the race using Lawrance BT timing.We all had a good start With Rce Pudding soon taking the lead,Orla brought up the rear with a new crew member Graham,it was a beat to windward all the way to Lune 1.We all had a fast sail to the finish line at Piel . At Piel Dave Booth ,Pete Johnson, Rice Pudding did a sterling job of locating and reastablishing some of our Piel Moorings. ( Well done Lads.)We all had a good night in the bunkhouse Bar where the King of Piel anounced the race results, we celibrated til late and as usual Norman may always be the
first boat to Piel , was
last out of the bar again.
