It looks like the thermometer of our weatherstation has packed up. if the weather calms down tomorrow, I shall go on the roof and check it's battery.

We are in the market for a new weathestation, and when this anemometer packs up again, that will be the time.

We shall probably get either a Davies Vantage Pro ( not wireless ) or an Airmar ( like on Humbug) the snag with the airmar is that it has no rain gauge and doesn't connect to our software ( Virtual Weather Station ) it is, however ultrasonic, with no moving parts.

I have put a temporary thermometer in the smoking shelter, seems OK for now.......... the outdoor one won't restart, ...its been out there for 4 years now
