From John Rushton: At the moment I am sailing singlehanded to Ramsey on Friday morning 0900 start and Sonny is flying out on sat evening for the 0930 race start on Sun. Any volunteers or will I be forced to hang around outside the Victoria and Dalton at closing time with a big mallet in my hand?

Sorry, I thought there was something happening locally. I don't think my poor 18 footer is ready for a jaunt to I.O.M just yet.

Is there nothing locally over the bank holiday?

Hi

John Stopford, Swift 18 is looking to sail/cruise this weekend, and in the absence of any schedule can I suggest a sail to Piel Saturday, Sail Round to Ravenglass Sunday but return to Piel for the night before returning to GSC on the Monday??

Open to suggestions but desparate to sail Little Hog, been unable to sail for last two attempts, too much wind.

Please can one of the locals add my names to the tractor board

Thanks
John C.

hello Gingertop,
I would think if we were there between 9 & 9:30 we should be ok. We will not leave without anyone. I think Mike is the only person that has been to Piel so we can't leave without him!
Not a good forecast for Sunday....

I wonder if Ivan is still up for a trip out. We will see in the morning.
