is this a club record

Unread post by chorleyjohn »

Hi on Saturday night returning from moorings on 10.28M tide two dinghies in the dark sailed over the top of the slip gate which was closed at the time without touching it the jetty was only just above the water and was hard to see coming across we really need to but luminous marker on the end of it.
Do you think we set a record?

I think the luminous marker would be under as well. Are you sure the gate's not on its way to Appleby LOL

it's been over the jetty several times. I think db once published a pic. But not in weather that you'd want to be out in a dinghy in.
