The Port of Lancaster Dock gate is now raised/closed, the Port of Lancaster (Glasson dock) is now closed until such time the gate is lowered again (details as yet unknown).
The dock gate will close over the potential flood risk periods and will be possibly opened again for short periods between Spring tides or after the potential flood risk has gone.
The Dock gate ram is currently undergoing repairs/refurbishment (Approx. timescale to complete repairs 10-12 weeks) .
