wifi coverage at glasson

last week I was on my boat moored in the river and checked the wifi signals. I could see the Glasson club wifi it was shown with less than 1 bar and I was unable to logon but there were 3 other stronger signals showing 3 bars , 2 had GLASSON in their titles the other was called seafarer does anyone know if these are for general use and if so could they tell me how to obtain their passwords ?

I think Seafarers is either the dock or one of the ships that call. I doubt very much anyone would give you their password. Have you tried logging on to your mobile data
