This was found at the club yesterday, left on axle stands in the yard, obstructing the campsite, without permission . Gilly is not amused!

Does anyone know anything about it?

Well if we could watch the camera's

It looks like a dinghy that has been on our site for some time, parked among the other dinghies. No name or anything to indicate type or class.
