An email has just gone out to all members on our email list about our next AGM on Sunday, 25th October 2020

It gives you links to the various documents including a timeline, the next item on it being:

• Motions raised by members for the AGM. If any member has an issue they feel appropriate to raise at the AGM rather than a Committee meeting they should lodge this with the Hon. Secretary no later than the 4th October. All such motions will then be discussed at an extraordinary meeting of the Committee before the AGM and a resolution sought. All such motions raised, and the outcome of the Committees considerations will be fed back at the AGM.
