Beginners (& Improvers!)

Following the success of last years Family section, I am beginning to organise this years events. In order to do this, I need an idea of numbers. The section is not just for junior members, although this is how we started out, it is open to anyone who wants to find out about dinghy sailing and have some fun events.

Once again we will use the basin for training and move onto the river as appropriate. I am also investigating using a sailing school near Rochdale for a course using their boats.

Please feel free to use the single hander comet.

I will try to be involved, I have to go to the NE every fortnight as I
have a demented old aunty to visit. She is in a home and needs a lot of
attention. This cuts down on sailing time. I am a currrent First Aid at
Work person and have an up tp date Child Protection full disclosure
rating.
