washed up

during this weekends high tides a car has been washed up on the marsh close to where the dinghy lines are secured behind the bund,although not a hazard to navigation,and no pollution threat appears to exist, please be aware, i will try to upload a picture soon.

Does it need boat or car insurance
I spent most of my money on Booze, Women and Boats. The rest I wasted.
