News from the Delivery Trip

We arrived Dale 1730 had to m/sail to St Davids Hd. then a good sail through Ramsey and Jack sound into Dale , The sea state was lumpy after the recent gales but calmed down later on. The pic is Fishguard ferry which missed 3 sailings because of the weather, the seagull is Ken cheers Bob and John.

Received about 20:00 yesterday:

We are just 8ml off Padstow, not had a lot of wind ,thank goodness for diesel. logged 75ml been calm , we had lots of dolphins and a whale swam close alongside for a while .you could say we had a whale of a time.

Light winds yesterday as we sailed round Lands End, part m/sail, so as to arrive Penzance before dark ,there were lots of pots , Its busy in Penzance with quite a few sailing boats out in the Bay, just waiting for tide to round Lizard and onto Falmouth.

Hi Chris Dave we picked up a deep mooriing just off the Hbr entrance ,contacted hbr master this morn ,he allowed us onto fuel pontoon to fill up only, he went and did us some shopping ,very frendly but strict on c19. we are just passing Travose Hd. ( in pic) Lands end 35kts then round to Newlyn

Hi mick WYWH, ,we just had to divert to Aberdovey a NE Gale warning , no moorings have been laid ,so we have had to anchor ,should test Bobs ground tackle

Wow nice one Mick , BB s watching us . Realy nice Harbour man here he asked if we needed any shopping or anything , weighing anchor tomorrow 1030 bound for Aberdaron ,winds are dropping now and warming up

Hi the pic is sunrise over Dinas head as we sailed up to Aberdovey Weds.
Dave got a flight to Southhampton And a hire car to Fal. where he left it . we been here in Aberdovey waiting for the winds to drop,we setting sail10.30 to Aberdaron to anchor this eve

Hi Chris Dave Bob has been talking to Conwy marina they have relaxed some c19 rules here ,also me living near means we can leave the boat here and use it. ,so he has struck up a deal to leave boat at Conwy for a while . John

there was no wind this morn so it would have been a long motor to Knottend , we are moored up in Conwy now .Here the trip hath ended , If you could please let forum know cos I'm out of data . cheers john and bob.
