John, just been on the Yamaha website. the oldest there is 1998 4 Hp but it looks very similar so I downloaded the op manual from that.

Don't know the age John, can't get anything out of Barrus or Marina, but it looks quite good condition, no more than 5yrs?? (maybe more) It is a 4ML and 2 stroke though. Has anyone got an operators manual for a Mariner 4hp they could lend me. Can't find any info on the web.

Cheers John, my welder only just burns toast so it might as well be done right.

Can anyone tell me if the plugs for the welding socket are the same as the blue plugs for the supply boxes around the park.
I have some light welding to do on my trailer and thought about bringing my own welder up incase no one was about.

Is this the right section, I can't see a For Sale section on the forum.
Anyway I'm after a trailer sailer. The choice so far is between the Leisure 17 & a Silhouette. I have got my eye on loads of adds but if anyone knows of one nearer Glasson I'd appreciate that.
