The other car on the waste ground looks like a Ford 100E Popular/Prefect/Anglia. If it is one then the other motor is the right size for a mini.
(my first car was a mini van)

The appearence may be due to the fact that they have a couple of dogs but is more likely caused by a year at secondary school. The point about retrieving them is that a better pair doesn't have to be destroyed sailing.

After sailing on Saturday he rinsed the salt off his shoes and left them oytside the kitchen to dry. Haifway back to Manchester he remembered them.
