Hi Pete, its a pity that firm hadn't been contracted to make a proper job of the sea gate, it might still be operational if they had been involved.Bazz is good at getting to grips with a mechanical problem. They do make a good intreresting video. D

Dave Riley went on the roof and fixed it with a dose of WD-40 today. It might be reading a bit low. I have now got a new replacement and will fit it shortly.

It looks like the anemometer has packed up, so I have ordered a new Wind speed cartridge for it, they don't seem to last more than 3 or 4 years in our location (no surprise there!)
