The reason for us having a gate code

Dear Members
The reason for us having a gate code is to try and increase security and limit access to the site when members are not present.
It has come to my notice that a commercial operation who are prohibited from entering the site and who also owe the club money were given the access code by a member.
If you are not sure who the person or persons are please challenge them, if you are in any doubt DO NOT LET THEM IN.
The onus is on all of us to protect our own and other members property and the security of the gate is a key element in achieving that.
Can you please pass this on to members of your family who do not receive the direct email.
