For info.
Just sailed right round at HW on 8.5m tide about 200m from shore except last bit, head straight for the houses on Roa. Had min depth of water 2m coming out the top end towards the channel (1.3 under my keel)
The patch of sand at the back of the castle hasn't moved in six years and the depth at HW was 2.3m. Anchor so you end up around 54-03.731N, 3-10.574W on the ground. You have a good margin for error but you won't need a lot of Chain out anyway.

Hi Mick, by back of castle do you mean that bass pool or right round to the west?
