So we rejoined the boat yesterday for a a 3-day cruise
And nearly immediately are stopped just short of Forton because somebody drove a stolen BMW head first into the canal.

Taken by a friend who lives on the bank of the Ribble from nearly the same location. Hundreds of acres of temporary water with Penwortham and Winter Hill in the distance behind.

Must be the wind and low pressure as its only 9.8. Plus the rain of course 😉
