Help with an eye-splice

Is anybody willing to help me out by making a couple of good quality eye-splices in some fairly heavy warp. I need a new mooring strop and after last autumns excitement I don't want to use a piece of "ribbon" again.

Come on George get yourself on youtube, there are loads of good tutorials there, no Polyprop please, or washing line :lol: agree we don't want another wayward boat.

George, If you wish, I will make you a Pick Up Strop from Kevlar rope, I have used this rope for many years on my mooring at Piel also on the Club moorings ,no problems.

Norman, That would be very kind. Shall we discuss the size, and the amount of beer, the weekend after next (pool tournament).
Peter. i was thinking of doing one in that 8mm poly-pro that I was giving away. Thinking of winning the "shortest voyage" for a second year!
