My Grandsons shoes

Unread post by onewaygeorge »

After sailing on Saturday he rinsed the salt off his shoes and left them oytside the kitchen to dry. Haifway back to Manchester he remembered them. They are black, size 9, school type shoes and not, shall we say, in the first flush of youth. However it would be a shame to loose them. So. if anybody has found them could they, please, put them somewhere that they won't get thrown away and let me know where they are.

Hi George, they were still there this morning but I have since left the club so perhaps you could give Frank a ring and he would take them inside.

Hi George,
I have put them in the blokes changing room. Having said that, they look like they've been chewed by a dog so perhaps you need to treat the lad and buy him some new ones !!!

Regards
:)

Thankyou gentlemen. I'll collect them next time I attend.
The appearence may be due to the fact that they have a couple of dogs but is more likely caused by a year at secondary school. The point about retrieving them is that a better pair doesn't have to be destroyed sailing.

I bet you've sneaked them in your shed without your wife knowing and are going to modify them to fit
I spent most of my money on Booze, Women and Boats. The rest I wasted.
