Re: Our hard working tea ladies in our beautiful new kitchen.

Looks great ! Thanks to all who contributed to the design and installation. You've done us proud.

I hope the Brew for the Crew went well. It certainly looked busy on the cams.

Regards to all

Re: Get together in memory of Frank

My apologies because I can't be there.

However, I'm sure the club will be well represented and please pass on my thanks and thoughts to Kath and family for Frank's massive contribution to the success of the club over the years and to her for this opportunity to publicly remember him.

Season shake down to Piel ?

Hi All,
The forecast for Easter week-end looks as good as it gets !

Anybody ready and planning to go ?

I'm still 'away' so will have to watch and gnash from afar.

Trophies - N,S,E and W

Hi All,
Can you please return any trophies by 27 October. Also, I could do with some quiet Intel as to who has roamed furthest and returned this season. I think furthest south is spoken for.

Possible Piel Trip 29/30 Sept

Hi All,
If we survive the currently forecasted gales and rain, there's a chance of a last trip to Piel on 29/30 Sept with agreeable tides.

Currently, Rice Pudding and Sea Fox are interested.

Anybody else ?

Regards

Sailed past Lulworth cove and other spectacular geology round Purbeck and into Poole. Good tidal assist inside the overfalls making, at times, 9 knots.

Re: Ocean Phoenix

Hi David, All, We spent 2 hours in Polperro over lunchtime. Happy to eat inside a pub because it was too hot outside ! The visitor moorings are village maintained and you pay if you overnight. The fishermen were keen to ask! We're now in Brixham and hunkered down for 50+ winds tomorrow morning. It's...

Went via Polperro to Plymouth Sutton Marina on Tuesday. Weather superb, a bit of sailing and on to Brixham today mindful of bad forecast for Sunday. Will look around the Golden Hind tomorrow.

Anybody know about 'Vectored Artwork'

Hi All, I'm trying to source a supplier for a new run of club burgees. I have got a quote for batch sizes, subject to providing 'vectored artwork'. Is there anybody out there who knows about this stuff and can generate a file ... .ai / .eps / .pdf at 300dpi minimum. of the required triangular design...
