Sunday, 18th July Sailed from Mallaig to Arisaig. On the way caught some fish for dinner. Anchored in the bay on landward side of moorings. Anchor trip deployed which proved a problem on leaving. As there was no wind we drifted over the anchor and anchor trip line tangled round propeller and rudder....

Thursday,15th July Quite a swell here yesterday evening and overnight. Settled in the morning and most boats had left. Went ashore for some provisions. Had hire bikes outside the gift shop/P.O. and made a last minute decision to have a couple of hours ride round the island. Looked more like sailors ...
