I put beaching legs on my Dehler 25. When moored up in Ravenglas and the tide came in they skewed back. Not recommended.

George, If you wish, I will make you a Pick Up Strop from Kevlar rope, I have used this rope for many years on my mooring at Piel also on the Club moorings ,no problems.

Hi All, When at Piel last time, launched the dinghy, started the Honda 2.3 and set off to the jetty, the outboard cut out and would not start, thought I had flooded the carb,so rowed over to the jetty, low water. On our return to Rice Pudding in the dark and half flood, the Honda would not start, so...

The Forecast on Windfinder for Sunday is, WSW, Force 11, 59 Knots ( F11, 56-63 ), Violent Storm. Suggest it would be advisable that some boats may need lashing down ?
